It's only as good as the alarm system. it seems like whenever an update is done it knocks the alarm system off track. Please go back and fix the alarms so that I know when I have students signing up for slots and canceling slots. Thank you. 2020/01 still issues with the alarm. Now now going off 15 minutes b4 class. On non consecutive classes. This is especially not good if my flats are open in the morning and I get a short notice Student. Please fix! Thank you!

I LOVE teaching VIP, and I love how easy it is to open and close time slots and check my payment on the app; however, it only gets a 3/5 because when I go to do most anything else, it freezes. Although there are options for it, I am usually unable to send cards to my students, unable to sign it to substitute teach (which caused me to miss out on teaching and I lost money), and many times unable to view the materials on the app.

The app has always had issues with the alarm intermittently working (not going off at all before your first scheduled class, going off in the middle of a class, etc.). Often you get messages that there is a problem with your network so the app can't connect, meanwhile every other app on your phone can connect to the internet. Now the latest- not being able to log in because your username doesn't exist, despite having logged in using the same username the night before.

The updates back in November made the 15 minute class alarm less user friendly to turn off, which is disruptive during class. I have contacted their IT department... No change. It worked before, why did they change it? Also, the app gives errors about being disconnected from the internet even when successfully connected with an excellent connection. It causes a 5 second procedure to take several minutes.

I'm disappointed by how unreliable this app is. It's constantly logging me out for no reason, and it tells me that my network connection is offline despite being on very fast and reliable WiFi that works for every other phone function. I depend on this app to inform me of the status of my bookings, and I need it to be reliable.

This app is beneficial for staying in touch with former students by sending gifts and notes. It sometimes alerts about classes 15 minutes before they start. It is buggy and unreliable, but helpful when it works. Android has recently started identifying it as a virus, but not for my wife even though we have the same phone. It was four stars before the update in February and now being flagged as a virus.

The app is very helpful to check for booking updates and looking over slides on the go. The alarm however has many bugs. It isn't consistent. Sometimes it's sounds and other times it's silent. And sometimes it won't pull up when its alarming to turn it off. I end up opening a new session of the app and then having to close it to finally get the alarm to stop sounding. I love the theory behind it, it just needs to be fixed.

Great app. Very helpful for managing classes & schedules while on the go. Two biggest minuses: 1) Alarm works sporadically. Some days it rings, others it does not. Got 2 overnight, short notice bookings, but didn't have an alarm. I slept through them and lost $20. 2) Up until this week, the e-Card feature has been working. Right now it tells me that it is unable due to system updates. Not sure when this will be available again, but this is a terrific way to encourage my students between classes.
