I wish it would give a better confirmation of when my payment went through, like showing a confirmation or warning of duplicate payments. It was confusing. I went through a browser and found out I made 3 duplicate payments.

Said I was in disconnect after I paid because it didn't process my payment for 4 days from my bank so I paid with my debit card from the same bank then it took double payments but 1 payment still wasn't processed but taken out of my bank account. Kept saying I was in disconnect but I have a 0 balance due.My bill is different from what is on the gas company computers so I got a large bill that kept getting larger even after I have been paying.

Lags and Errors. This app is so buggy and lags so much. Had to change my password 3 times before it could work due to Errors!! This app is exhausting trying to set it up.

This app is horrible. Doesn't take Visa! Who doesn't accept Visa? The app never takes off my payment so it looks like I never paid it when I did. Michigan Gas & Utilities keeps charging me for a late fee when I already paid my bill. This is a bad app! Very disappointed!

app is very user friendly however the navigation and the way you submit information can be a little off-putting, it is not like other apps so it can be a bit confusing at first.

This app was great and the step in the right direction considering your website, general customer service and payment methods are terrible but now you have removed the ability to use Google pay and it only accepts one type of card, why does this even exist now? for the 1% of people who happen to have a discover card? lol

Easy to become paper free! Easy to track my own bill, and easy to pay, yea! Thanks! I have another online bill that still sends paper bill for receipt, another step to stop this!
