I realy upset with this apps, im using tunetalk sim, but its very slow & always stuck everytime i open it since 3 years ago.. so now what is the solution? Any other apps to be installed as a replacemenr, how can i check my profit & update from the apps? Is there anything u guys can do to make it more better? Sometimes it showing just white screen all days long

Halogo telco is one good telco server. But I cant understand why the apps is so slow. And every month, we need to update the apps and yet the system is still slow as ever. Cant you do something for that?. Hope there will be improvements not just the greetings that changes every time. Whats the point of updating then, if that is the only thing that changes? Will change my review if apps get better. or else we might as well change the telco.

In terms of app useage experience, the app is actually good, but in terms of the internet package that offered, I disagree. RM48 for UNLIMITED high speed (this is what stated) internet. Yes it is High Speed Internet and there is no doubt about it. But when it reaches 90GB, I will receive a SMS telling me that I have 10% left of my 100GB Internet. SO IT IS NOT UNLIMITED? If so, why bother mentioning it in the Package Brochure in the app? It would be best if stated 100Gb internet, not UNLIMITED.

When we opened the apps, the first thing we wanted to see is the QUOTA BALANCE AND USAGE. Not some random info. Please change the tabs to front and save the hassle for us. Improve this.

Last time when I hear tune talk or halo Telco I just ignore. But when we give a try. It's really best then the big telcos etc maxis, uMobile and Digi. I'm a heavy user. Seriously halo Telco worth to use. No regret. Best wishes for the company to grow more and serve all. Tq
