It Has *Everything*! Elevation map, relative locations/distances, all lodging amenities/costs/contact information, it allows individuals to leave reviews, lists unique sights to see, has detailed written walking instructions too - wow!! Why did I never have this app before?! I'm so glad it was recommended to me! Also, the creator of the app responded immediately (within minutes) to a question I emailed, very cool!

On Samsung S7 map is so slow it barely works (but Google Maps works fine). Content is very limited, the best bit is telling you the distance between places, but content on the places you are at is limited. Occasional review of albergues but again this part very slow on my phone. Try something else.

I have tried my all the Camino apps. This is very much the best one. It is easy to use, easy to navigate, it has all the features, and the developer responsible works hard to keep things up to date. If you're going to hike the Camino buy good shoes, pack light, and download Wise Pilgrim!!

This app is ESSENTIAL for those walking the Camino Francés. The GPS map alone is worth many times what the app costs, and literally kept me on the path all the way to Santiago de Campostela. And the text guidebook is also enormously helpful and informative. Cannot imagine having done the Camino without it. HIGHLY recommended.

Very handy. Best source of information in an app that I have found, and more current than any book. Have used since first released. Maps are much improved. Text size is fine, although ability to adjust for small, medium, and large would be improvement.

Ok, but the links don't seem to work on my device. Maps are unresponsive at times. Not very intuitive. Basic info is ok though. Update 24 May 22. Much improved. Very handy on the road. Never put me wrong on route guidance.
High Wild Places Photography
Definitely not worth the small cost. I am 19 days into my trek and this app has not helped at all. With no real-time map and navigation features, it is completely worthless. We were disoriented this morning in a town with few Camino symbols. Thankfully, two other trekkers were nearby...they had the Ninja Camino app, and used its real-time mapping feature to quickly get back on track. Important when the distance is long and the weather is hot.

Very easy to use this app does everything I want in a clear and straightforward way. I like that I can see where I am in relation to the Camino while offline. The information is up to date and includes dated comments, which I found helpful when planning. Excellent app.
