It's great to have all the documents in one place so you can access them when you need them, but Problems have started appearing after the latest update. After updating, none of my documents are loading. If it could include all the necessary documents for the vehicle as well as educational documents up to the university level, it would add oomph to the gold. Hopefully all these problems will be resolved in the future.

I tried to link my citizenship in app. It is not working, neither showing any response. I would like to request Nagarik App team to atleast show reponse when button is clicked atleast loader or any alternative. Further if not working atleast show an error related to issue. I have tried multiple time to link my citizenship but it is not showing response 😕. Hope to see update soon. Thank you

App isn't opening. Trouble to open app, You have to work on bugs because your app isn't working properly at all devices, I have installed this app almost more than 20 times but still it's not working. App is not opening so, do work on your bugs...

Veichle bill book and tax due on bill book.. also personal tax calculation .. Also please rectify driving licence section.. earlier we were able to download our licence or take screen shot of licence could be taken.. but now it has both feature removed.. and what's with the qr.. you scan and all you get is the licence number.. any one can do that ..

!! URGENT !! There is a problem in registration screen especially after you have entered your mobile no the app displays an error but sends OTP. The screen does not proceed to the UI for entering the OTP. Stuck in middle of nowhere. Please, fix the issue.

I'd signed up and uploaded all my documents, but the app made me re-register from the beginning. Now, I can't sign in or even register because in the citizenship issuing authority section, there isn't any data to select. I've tried reinstalling the app, but the same issue occurs. What do I do?

The concept is great but the current status of App is very frustrating it took 2 days to Signup and almost 15 hour for profile picture verification and almost impossible to relogin 😡😡😡😡
