Been a fan since day one. I've had this for a few years now and when it first came out, I enjoyed it, the ads were non-existent, then as it got more features, and the ads went to 15 seconds. Now? 30 seconds to watch a 15 second clip. Yet another promising app sacrificing a good customer experience for the all mighty dollar.

It gets a 4 simply because it's my Bucs! Not perfect, could be a bit more organized like on the interface it can be aesthetically and more creatively designed. SHOULD HAVE DARK MODE FOR THE EVENING for our eyes. Almost every app has this today. GO TAMPA BAY! 🏝🏴☠️🏈💪

I love that i have access to the latest news about the team and players. Overall, it has pretty accurate information. I've been a Bucs fan since 1993, still going strong, and never jumped ship regardless of their season outcome every year, those that have been lifelong Bucs fans know the history #LFG #GoBucs

Easy to navigate, but I have constant issues with it not pulling up my tickets, not linking to ticketmaster, and when it does, it throws error messages and locks me out of my account. The playback videos don't always work either.

Love the app. Been a bucs fan for many yrs. Keeps me hyped up thru out the whole game +. And tells you about all the teams hard work at that. Love my BUCS.

My rating is based solely on app performance... not content. The articles and photos are great but the "live" videos rarely open...if at all. Is it unreasonable to want to watch a press conference when it is happening? I find the need to go to YouTube to access them. I also get periodic error messages saying to report the issue to the developer. That quite honestly is a joke because it doesn't get fixed. It's unfortunate that improvements can't ( or won't ) be made.

On game days, sometimes i'm unable to listen to the game. Also, listening to someof the podcasts, my screen needs to be on. When my screen turns off after 30 seconds, the podcast stops. So i have to set my screen time to stay on for 10 mins. If im driving and forget to tap the screen, the screen turns off and the podcast im listening to stops playing. Very frustrating.

It has a lot of room for improvement. I feel like that the games should be shown in horizontal big screen where they fill the whole phone view in the app. I noticed there are several times when I was viewing the game that it would boot me out. I just think it needs tweaking. Overall I'm grateful for it and glad that you guys have it. #GoBucs
