Amazing app once I down loaded the right one. I didn't have the "Ness" on the end so was trying to log onto a completely different app. But Julie from Redland Bay Boxing helped me set up my account and was such great help. Easy to use. Just book/cancel whatbever session you want to join. It puts it in the calender and then the session is there for you to see. Thank you myClub Fitness app.

I try to avoid giving negative feedback but this app needs more development and financial investment. If you're subscription based, then booking your classes works. If you're buying class packs, 1. You cannot purchase these on the app. 2. The app does not seem to acknowledge the increase in passes the user has on hand so you're not able to book future classes once you've used the existing passes from your previous pack. The app does not link to the personal calendars for all users.

1 the first letter when you sign in username or password is a capital letter very annoying. 2 always a problem with signing in. 3 Fitness passport owners when joining the gym cannot use this app very annoying. When the app is actually working it's ok feels primitive and a lot of room for upgrade.

Unable to register with my club ....I already have a login and have joined another club as well with different facilities and it won't accept both apps. No search function when logged in so no way to access a second club. Really poor design and user experience

Been using Myclub for a month now and is much easier to use over the previous software program I've used for the last 3 years! Simple and easy booking system for clients and does all the business systems I need to manage my accounts.

Very laggy, keeps crashing and bookings are shown very out of order, easy to book children in for creche, but very annoying to easily cancel all my children for creche, would love an option to choose more then one booking at a time to cancel easier.
