Members will see more prominent filters when selecting claims to review, as well as an enhanced claim summary and details view. The app constantly freezes and then loads the surest logo, and then forces me to log back in. This happens if I'm on the app for longer than a couple of minutes. The map in provider search hardly ever loads. Many features that aren't coded properly. Accepts new patients filter in search is worthless because Surest doesn't verify/update info. Listed as accepting new patients when they haven't actually been accepting new for a long time.

This application is clearly not designed for Low Vision users such as myself. If you need to use a large text on your phone, some functions are not usable at all such as the forgot password feature. In other cases, the text in various buttons that are positioned side by side will run together to create a cluttered mess on screen. This is an accessibility nightmare

The app would not allow me save or take screenshot of insurance card, extremely frustrating. That was the only reason I downloaded the app, so for that reason it is pretty useless. App has now been updated to Surest. Does not work to enter the information on my insurance card to create an account. Not looking forward to being on hold and troubleshooting for them. I wish I knew surest was bind, but I think the rebrand was meant to be a trap.

Horrible painstaking mental disturbance creating app You know after you changed your name from bind to surest, I am not able to login and when I try to reset password through forget password, it takes me to a blank page. Even tour web app is broken. It does not show provide info like it used to. Nice name surest by the way. It's sure not to work.

I was once a fan of this app, but now, I encounter a frustrating issue: whenever I attempt to view my insurance card, the app forces the display into landscape mode before abruptly reverting to portrait mode, and then back again. This incessant flipping makes it not only difficult to read the card but also creates a disorienting experience that leaves me unable to even exit the screen.

Can't even register. When and IF my verify email link even brings up the next screen, I type in my ten digit phone number and the Next button does not activate. As soon as I leave the phone number box, the app completely freezes up. Seems based on reviews I am hardly the only person having serious issues and based on the time period of these reviews, not a lot of effort to resolve them.

Looks nice, not useable. I tried scheduling a virtual visit. I needed to make an account with a 3rd party. I did and then used my medical info to access the site. They didn't have the info. I contacted the 3rd party and they said I've done everything correctly, the issue is that they don't have my info from Surest, so there's something wrong on Surest side. I've contacted Surest support for 5 separate emails now and they haven't helped at all. Was contacted by customer service and now it works.

Horrible buggy app. Ran into at least three bugs while trying to register. Had to start over. Ran into a critical bg again. Unable to register. Simple obvious bugs. Poor QA. Who would release this? Thanks, publisher, for the response, but can you address why your active release at that time was so buggy? I had downloaded the latest version. You are part of the largest health insurance company in the world.
