Everything about this app is awful. And the earbuds. Tried everything and it is simply made difficult. Now I'm promted that the app needs an update, click update and says open in playstore. I do so and says needs update. Then I uninstall and install. Click open, says needs update. Should be a crime to be allowed to sell without such testing of quality. People say I'm muffled and after a week of trying to set them up without the app, when I did it worked for a few days to then not anymore suddenl

It shouldn't have to turn on location because it doesn't even shows the location of the earphone which makes it unreliable. Ps its a bit of a hustle to turn on location just to open the app.

The Equalizer setting on Custom preset, the last slider to the right for the 16k High frequencies is Not Working no mather what is set to, and also overall volume loudness is drastically changed when adjusting the Mid frequencies bands like from 250 hz to 2k , Please fix

No location features, that is important for me. That's why I purchased those earbuds for that feature.

Other earbuds apps are once connected does not need to on location.but this app needs to be on location.sounnd balance needed when two side earbuds sound which they are not equally balanced.makes me disappoint.fix this after the update.

It does what it says it does. But why would you want access to location when you do 't even show the location of the earphones? Just curious
