The app is not working properly for Android. I installed the app (Samsung S21), opened it then went to settings. I tap connect to device and the app permissions page opens. I've tried everything from the default settings to giving it full permissions. No matter what I pick, it keeps opening the permissions page when I try to pair it. I tried with a different phone, an iPhone 11, and did the same steps. It paired after a few steps. Please fix pairing for Android!!

Incredibly confusing UI that is difficult to maneuver. Doesn't use native swiping for menus. Installed to measure a car part. I knew one dimension, but not the other. This app SEEMS to show measurements as a feature, but it's only for manually designating dimensions. The lines drawn tend to stick to each other and image zoom is very limited. I don't really know what this apps purpose is.

Wanted this to be awesome, but it's CRAZY buggy. The second I box in an area while drawing a plan, the app completely bugs out. The point of this is to be able to draw a floor plan with the tool in combination with the app, and right now it seems like a good concept without proof of real function. I am currently working on a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G so I shouldn't be having any lag issues. I will update again when I receive my S22 Ultra, but for now the app has ALOT of work to do, not worth $200

No instructions on pairing the app to the Neoruler (apparently it's just always in promiscuous mode?) - then it offers to upgrade the firmware to v9.0.1 ... even though it's currently on v1.9?? How did it skip so many versions on a new product? And it's offering some kind of 3D features - sounds like it's identified the wrong product or firmware - I declined, as it seems like an opportunity to brick the thing.

Does not work. Rotates screen itself and hides half the buttons. Cannot use the hardware. This app is awful.

This application wants permissions outside of its scope, and if it doesn't get them, it continues to remind you that it needs them. In addition, it refuses to continue after installation until you accept the terms and also the privacy policy. But both the terms and privacy policy links that it supplies go to the same place and there is nothing about terms or privacy policy on that web page.

Sounded like a good idea but is extremely inaccurate. You can simply not rely on the provided measurements. Had anywhere from 5mm to 100mm deviation when measuring a room. The supplied tripods are flimsy and far to wobbly for any kind of accuracy. Good in theory but very poorly executed, not suitable for any kind of professional application. Returned for refund

The menu buttons such as undo and redo could be displayed as a sidebar instead at the bottom where you can add elements. I hope you guys add a feature where you can export a pdf, image of dwg of the project. This will surely add it to my work flow otherwise it's for display only and cant use it on any software
