Pretty worthless. Can't add the printer at all, won't connect to wifi, which appears to be required even though it says it's connected and paired to Bluetooth. Of course, none of this matters as I've found out, since you can't use it to create or edit labels from your phone or tablet in the first place. You can only create or edit labels from a PC or Mac. Brilliant! 🙄 I bought this for mobile labeling of pallets and containers with 4x6 labels, which this is useless for. Go elsewhere.

Got a label maker for free and still think it's not worth it! It sends me to phone to PC to phone to get connected. Then create content on the browser to print on device. Shows the effort that went into creating this product. What a waste.

Try something else! For a printer and company that advertises itself as a no nonsense always printing printer I sure do have problems... For a week now every time I swap label cartridges it doesn't recognize I've actually changed sizes. Wastes time and labels deleting and rebooting everything. Now, the app has kicked me out and every time I try to log in the app crashes... Picked this one because I wasn't supposed to have problems and this has caused me much irritation.

Great little printer. Shame you can't actually edit labels on the App though. You can only do it on the PC. Would have thought that would have been an obvious thing for the App to be able to do. Hopefully there will be an update in the future to allow you to make labels through the App. When this happens it will be a 5 star rating

Bought a Zebra printer for ease of use, however it's a pain and expensive to run. So many connection issues, printer not recognising it's brand new labels, printing through app often fails, wastes alot of labels. Would never buy Zebra products again.

Useless, can't create labels in this app only print labels created on PC. What's the point why wouldn't I just print them there? The who ZSB ecosystem is just a hand tied version of there other printers. Missing the overpriced of their other printers but also missing features that would actually be useful. Buy something elsewhere.

I have the updated app, but nowhere does it tell you how to or allow you to crop from pdf and print that way. When on a pdf it only allows me to chose my printer, not the zebra printer. The pc app is no better in explaining how to use pdf cropping and printing.

Absolute garbage. App constantly is crashing while trying to connect printer to Wi-Fi. Keeps getting to registering then force closes. This is so dumb that this is the only way to set this printer up
