I'm trying to use this app and I just noticed no one's seeing my chats in groups, neither can I send people messages. Idk what's wrong. Does it have anything to do with not having uploaded a confirmation letter? Please help, I'd very much like to know. Also, sometimes this app just crushes and I have to wait several minutes until the chats appear, both group and private chats

It's decent enough to get to know people but the app has run into a ton of issues for me, also I have tried submitting my acceptance letter more than half a dozen times now to no avail and I've tried messaging support to get no response.

App can be a bit glitchy at times, but their team is good at working through those if you point them out. Overall the serves its purpose well! Customer service is fantastic. I reached out asking if they could a way to sort by number of common interests when trying to meet new people... a little over a month later, that feature was added!

This app sends WAY too many notifications, even if you set it up to only alert you of "important" messages. I do not need to be notified of every single message sent by a college rep, especially when they're not even talking to me. Also, some of the menus are sluggish and unintuitive. The app doesn't support dark mode - supposedly it's coming soon. Overall, this is a bargain bin combo of Discord and Instagram. I wouldn't use it if my school didn't.

I like the concept: a space for those highschoolers going into college. But I think the app just needs more work on it. The most annoying thing I encounter is with the notifications. I'll click on a notification for one chat room and get redirected somewhere else. I don't like how the app shows no indicators that you haven't read everything in a certain chat room. I have to go into every room to see if I've missed something. Again, it isn't bad. It needs a few tweaks to be more user friendly.

Nice and simple app, which I can appreciate. Can't do much till you have a acceptance letter, but it gives you a good glance into college life. Can't say if the roomate match test is very effective yet. The only thing that I feel could be improved is the profile settings. Specifically the setting that allows you to get notifications when other people view your profile is very confusing. The description changes when you turn it on or off, making it unclear if it's activated or not.

I would greatly appreciate for there to be a builtin dark mode. Additionally, when looking at the Chats tab, the most recent message of all of the chats is shown under the organization name, but not the channel that the message is in. This makes it difficult to quickly find a conversation. I would appreciate if there was a drop down menu for each chat in an organization with a preview of the most recent message in the channel, so that I don't have to check every channel individually.

Great App to for interacting with different communities. However, it is constantly glitching and crashing. I can't even use the app anymore because every time I try to open it, it says it's undergoing maintenance. But it always says that! Yet I would be able to see the notifications of people talking in the chats. I've tried rebooting my phone and it still does the same thing. I then tried uninstalling and reinstalling but now it wont even load far enough for me to reaccess my account!
