I'm trying to get into an email address. I need this stupid app to do so. So I go to log into one auth. Can't log into it because I'm not logged into my email. But I can't get into the email with out it. It was so long ago I got the recovery codes I can't find them on any of my devices/back up locations. This app has been nothing but a headache to use.

I've been signed out of One Auth but I need it to sign into my zoho account and there's no way to sign into my accounts without having to use either a code I'd get from the app or push a number sent to the app... I don't think even know how I'm to go about this, Is there anything I can do?... also, I don't think it's good for all signing in options to depend heavily on just one application that you can be signed out of anytime.

I lost my phone, and now it is impossible to log into my zoho account since the mfa was obviously not disabled after losing it. There is absolutely no recovery available at all, I am at risk of losing all my statements on zoho due to this. I can't find anything about a backup verification code at all, and the support team isn't coming back to me.

This is a lame app. I changed my phone number and they are unable to authenticate without it. Drives you in a loop. Since Google will not allow me to add a txt to my file (signed up with a Google email) they cannot fix a MFA error by changing a phone number. Tech support is only helpful if everything is perfect, if not they are lost.

Absolute trash **Update as of 10/10/24:** I am revising my initial evaluation because I received assistance from a knowledgeable representative of the authenticator app who was able to successfully restore my access. While this app may not be particularly user-friendly for Samsung users, the representative demonstrated exceptional dedication in ensuring that I could regain access to my account.

The push numbers between the app and signing in are totally different so you can't login to your email. I have tried to get a hold of support and I receive no response. I totally agree with the others this app needs to be fixed.

I can't sing in to my account after installing the one Authenticator App !!!! That's what I'm actually get It entered me to an infinite loop for adding my username, password , then enter push notification number which is not generated , then please add backup verification code !!! I also send an e mail to the support with no response Update, I followed up all instructions found in the e mail without any change and problem is still exist.

Absolute garbage. The same problem every time and they don't fix it. If you are logged into the system already and it kicks you out to force reauthentication, the app never sends a push notification. If you open the app to try the other authentication options, you will be stuck in an endless loop of failures. There is clearly a design flaw here, and they refuse to fix it. From the reviews here, I'm not the only one having this problem.
