I am presently living abroad and had been using free VPNs to access my Amazon account. It was always very hit or miss. I could not access Netflix at all and recently really wanted to so caved and paid for VPN. I chose this as it was very good value for year. I am more than pleased with the performance, everything I have wanted to do has gone perfectly. There have been no connection problems whatsoever. Will definitely renew when time comes.

I've tried various VPN's including the most heavily marketed (you all know who I'm talking about) and Zoog leaves me with the most favourable impression in key (for me) areas. !, Ease of use. The interface is simple and intuitive. My whole family can use it after brief tuition. 2, Speed and Stability. I have a fibre source which is restricted by ADSL 2 delivery. I have a peak of 25 mbs. If I choose to stream in HD I can't afford to lose bandwidth. The loss with most of Zoog's servers is negligible...about 2-5 mbs. On Auto setting it's almost zero. Furthermore it has never dropped. 3, Security. There's little point using a VPN if it leaks....it reveals your true IP. Zoog doesn't, at all. And yes, I have tested it thoroughly. Zoog claims to allow connection to notoriously 'difficult' services like Netflix and BBC iPlayer. I can't comment as I haven't had the need to use this feature. 4, Service. I haven't as yet had the need to contact their service team, but given the level of communication about updates and new features and the existence of a users forum I doubt there would be an issue. I rated this app with 5 stars because, for my purposes, I cannot fault it.

The quality of zoog/the app is falling off. After the VPN is disconnected, to reconnect it again is a problem. I have to restart my phone (Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge) again if I want to turn on the VPN once more. This was not the case before. I have a lifetime subscription and I had access to every location but now I am being told to extend my plan. Reached out to customer service, emails go unanswered, yet I recieve consistent emails from their blog, which I did not ask to be signed up for. Tragic

Great app, does what it says it will do, simple interface. I only wish that there was the option in Settings to have the app auto re-start and re-connect to the VPN after a phone re-boot, if it was active when phone was shut down. Unfortunately I have to modify my review. It related to the app on my Android phone. I haven't had such a good experience with Windows 10. I have twice requested help on the support page AND emailed the developer directly without any response or acknowledgment at all. It is now a month later and repeated requests for Support have only been met with a deafening silence. Very poor, go to the bottom of the class!

Bought a life time unlimited subscription from stacksocial and it allowed me to access all the global servers without any restrictions. After a year or so,they changed my subscription to liteversion without my consent and asking me to purchase additional subscription. Not sure how that is fair and I have emailed sales and created ticket with the customer service and they are absolutely terrible and even after contacting them multiple times, they didn't even bother to respond. Absolutely terrible

Updated 29/10/2019: There were issues with some countries that didn't hide the IP address. However the issue was resolved and hopefully stay like that so my rate changed to 5 star as I can't find something negative. A nice other features could be the server load and latency for various countries inside the app! Thank you.

Aaaaand it's now completely paywalled. Guess it was only a matter of time. Sad. I liked this app a lot. I understand we all gotta eat but seriously....

I have been using zoog service (PC app, Android app, Chrome app, proxy) second year (6 month subscribtions). Everything is clear for me, it's good service with no any limits for apps using. No any serious fails (speed or disconect) during all time subscription. Only one little bug I've been detected: chrome plugin logout sometimes, I suppose it happend when plugin not enought memory or something). Also I need more proxy socks5 sever location and more proxy ports.
