Upi payment doesnt work. Banks are less in the list. What was the hurry to launch an incomplete app ?? Has it not passed payment integration and security test ??

I installed the app first time try to register existing customer but the says OTP sent to register on the mobile number but OTP not received although I received OTP for the earlier process but stuck to get the OTP on further step.

Create this app only for showing that we listen consumers complaint & provide prompt solution to them but there is nothing else. I have raised complaint 2-3 times about my house line fault but i have not got any solution from this app.... Very disgusting

Login is a hard task no response with k no. Account number and so many formalities.

Always no data found...unable to download bill ... can't track usage... Only shows bill amount for Payment and after payment no update...hats off to developer and management team.

I have applied complaint using this app and it is not showing status of the complaint and it is showing closed directly. What is the actual problem in it. It is very disappointed
