NewIssue:Doesn't work on Deutsche Bahn, and therefore unpleasant situations with controllers. You pay money to get fined The app logs you out very often, which is annoying when you are on a train and have to show the ticket to the controllers. On top of that, there is no option to add the ticket to GoogleWallet, so it leaves you with no options. Sadly, we are forced to use this app because the university says so. No incentive for the app or company to get better if they have a guaranteed demand.

Functionality loss after the update, there is no option to just interchange the "from" and "to" fields, and for some reason I need to always press the "now" button to get the current information when the app should do it automatically, e.g. I open it in the morning, then every time I open the app during that day it will search the routes for that same time I opened it the first time, instead of using the current time.

Useless application as it throws error at any time during travel. I have faced and paid fine multiple times though I have valid ticket. Moreover, upon reaching the service, the same response will be given by the authority stating that we are working on it, have patience.

This is hands down the worst maps and navigation app ever created. The design alone (for android, at least) feels like a first generation android app.. the accessibility of the app is just awful. And when it comes to a trip in which you have to change the tram...just walk it. I would give this app -1 🌟 if possible

First of all Improve the app stability. Second of all worst UI. For the students, if the tickets gets disappeared, logout from the app and then login again, the ticket will show. Ticket is also visible without internet and be ready with the ticket 5 min before.

Worst app. Initially they were not showing student details for the deutschland ticket and now they removed the ticket from the app and unable to add the ticket now and I'm right in the middle of a travel. I'm totally stuck in railway station and this people are not even responding to the mail . Please take task that you can do and don't make other people suffer because of your irresponsibility

You can only pay using provider payment which doesn't work anymore for some reason even if some tickets are only available online. Instead of using Google maps they force you to use the provided maps which are soo bad. The total design of the app is just old and not so functional. And the devs will reply with German even to this review even though I'm clearly using English and may or may not speak German.

Absolutely catastrophic app. You can buy tickets for MDV train line (Leipzig area) only via this app and can pay ONLY via invoice to your phone network provider. No other options.No PayPal, no Credit card. And even though during payment process it throws an error "Der Bezug einer Karte wegen technische Gründen ist nicht möglich ". Not possible due to the technical reasons. Better buy ticket in the automat on the platform, otherwise you will miss your train because of this badly made application.
