So many visual and technical bugs, never had so many problems with an email app it's so frustrating to use freenet mail, I will switch to some other provider If they can't get there stuff together untill the end of the year !

This app is terrible. As others said, the app logs you out automatically after a day. When trying to log back in it says something like there has been a problem the connection. Freenet apparently doesn't care because the issue exists quite some time and nothing is patched

April 11th. 2023: It's working! Thx. April 9th. 2023: since more than a week i cannot login into my account. There is no a password issue because I use it on my desktop PC with not a problem. What could be the reason? Thx 4 your feedback. until now the app works good. the only thing is the loggout click. it should be visible all the time. Jan. 28, 2023 Since a few weeks ago, i'm not able to stay logged in the app. Login not possible. Beeing forced to use the web interface. Thx 4 an advice

It always logs out and it takes forever to access the mails via app. It does not send attachments via the app. Need to go via a browser and log in.

on the second day after installation stopped working. I get the error "There is no Internet connection". But I do have Internet! Online chat is useless. Flooding with unrelevant questions and suggesting to contact internet provider or reinstall the app

Forgets daily my password. I have to type it in every few day again and again to receive and send emails. Copy and paste is not possible. Doesn't show an email address, only a name in the line.

It's bloody bad application. All time thith app log out from yours account. All time u need log in, and all time yours password will be incorrect. I don't remember day when u don't see promotion, login more more promotion for u.

Takes ages to load mails. Won't cache headers, search option won't find anything that hasn't been loaded by scrolling therefore. Screen after sending mail: "your mail will be sent" . not "has been".
