Tui Blue = great resorts. The app however, needs some work. When booking a massage, the app crashes everytime. Also, no pricing in the app nor explanations about what massage services are available is dumb When reserving a table for dinner, the app doesn't let you book for the same day, only future days. This is especially a problem when trying to book for the day you arrive

As a regular Tui traveller, I find this App very difficult to navigate. I have spent hours wasting time trying to book a holiday. Jet2's App. is far easier to use. Sorry!

Very poor functionality. Guests are signposted to use the app, but the majority of services can't be accessed, it directs you to another app/website and it is prone to crashing. Also, the English in the app is poor. For local staff profiles, I accept that they are not writing in their native language. However, the guidance for various services is difficult to understand in places. My advice, just talk to reception. The app is redundant.
A Google user
I was unable to link my booking and for some reason the app moves from English to German when I tried to register. However I was able to select the hotel I'm staying at and it was useful to see all the activities and times. You can also book exercise classes or activities and the app gives you a reminder before it starts which is extremely helpful.

A pointless app in my view. Never worked out how to make a meal reservation, much easier to use tablet provided in reception for that purpose when passing. Some pages have mixed english and german text even though I set text to english. Navigation is confusing, I never really understood where I was in the app. App seems to exist just to promote their hotels. Not used after first few failed attempts at beginning of holiday and have now deleted it. (I work in software development)

The app doesn't seem to allow me to actually access my holiday - meaning I can't book, or even see activities, let alone check out any facilities, menus, etc. It basically acts as your Blue website, and is entirely unhelpful. Awful. Edit to response - no, one can't even seem to be able to do that. It simply has advertising for places, doesn't even list the hotel to which we are going, and has no scope for accessing a schedule of events. As said - awful.

Although some good points, serious lack of basic hotel information such as contact phone Nos, hotel directory, menu themes. Even the hotel map is better downloaded as a pdf After trying to book a restaurant for 3 days, eventually managed to access the bookings to find it fully booked for the rest of my stay. As I didn't book the hotel via TUI and it's not a TUI hotel (just uses their brand) much of the app is no use to me.

Crashes and doesn't save info. The app was working fine for about 5 days then it crashed & had to be reinstalled. It doesn't save basic info like how many people, room number or meal requirements. I also don't think that hotel is actually ensuring people stuck to their booked times for meals & they definitely aren't ensuring all food allergies are catered for. It has been useful to check opening times and events and the booking reminders are good.
