I have a rent contract but, cannot upload the files. Although I get a message on the appication (and also a mail) "Fehlende Vertragsunterlagen / Missing contract documents" I always face up with a page on the application on my phone "Abwarten und Tee Drinken". Why cannot I upload the necessary files? Why don't you give an alternative way for us to send our documents via an e-mail? Waiting for your answer immediately.

Like your company is not incompetent enough to communicate basic requests from tenants, your app is equally rubbish. I get verbal agreement with your real estate agent, but then you keep cancelling my contract. Then, after numerous calls (by a friend who speaks German, because you don't offer English support), you inform me via no-reply email that my contract is updated and I can "easily" find it in the app, I go there and still receive the same error. How come you're not bankrupt yet?

Application does not work since 2023 I have installed it. You cannot save your data or navigate for more options to view utility bills. There is no english language option. You can just use to search rent appart. available
Broken Physics
The app has horrible UX and is borderline unusable. - Despite handling all correspondence with the real estate agent and receiving the mail with the credentials to sign it, only my partner, who happens to be listed first (by chance, "Ladies First", or alphabetically, who knows?) gets to access our rental agreement. - the app does not accept uploading proof-of-income as PDFs - the single most common format for documents. - no way to review if the correct file was selected. - crashes.

I posted a first review and it was sorted out and that was good but the app still has some serious issues like the language and also the app is really not helpful because I have sent some documents over which is needed and I have still not got a reply and it's almost a month so the app is not really useful unless vonovia wants to send you documents which are also not really useful then yeah

Not a good app. I am trying to complete my rental agreement for which I got an email with 'zugangscode' and 'kundennummer'. But when I login to the app via 'Mietvertrag online abschießen' I get no option to fill the details provided via mail.(I am an old user)

I downloaded the app but it doesn't function well. I can't open the Mietvertrag. I did everything , redownloaded the app many times and restarted the phone.Can you fix this one?
