Comparing to similar apps in other countries, this one is 3-5 times more expensive, subscription doesn't bring you any benefits (credit checks, moving services, ect.), and most importantly, the app just doesn't work the way it should! It doesn't load, it crashes, logs you out; you can't open map when looking at an apartment listing; it won't let you copy the description, etc. Looking at the list of updates, the developer doesn't seem to care anyway

I get an empty notification ecery hour that doesn't lead to anywhere. Also how hard is it to add a link to Google Maps for the address instead of just a copy to clipboard, especially considering that your map is not interactive and pretty useless. All I do is just copy addresses and paste them into the GM. Lovely UX. I mean, you take £40/m so I'd expect this to be a decent experience.

The prices are high, and the payment on the app automatically renews and you may lose your money by receiving automatic payments after you find your rental property, because the payments are not refundable. Such apps should have a different payment experience than apps like spotify. we don't look for rental properties everyday in our lives, we search for just a period of the time.

Even basic functionality in the app is questionable. Everytime you open the app, it says unexpectedly quit. With the amount of money they charge for the subscription, they should be ashamed of the app they have built. Also the property listings look fishy as most of the inquiries are never answered and they are old. Anyone looking for accomodation, go for DBAdotDK.

Money and time waste. BE AWARE: I've payed for two days 29kr, but it was some kind of subscription agreement that you accept when you pay for only 29kr. After two days 298kr was transfered from mine to their account regarding subscription for the whole month. Even though I have explained it was a misunderstanding the very same day customer service just ignored it and said that won't give me my money back. Another thing as well, no replies from landlords. Not a single one. Disappointed.

I like the app itself but I don't understand why the android version does not display the map of the apartment and the iOS version does. That's so important and is missing. Please fix! I also can't highlight the text to translate what might be a cool feature for foreigners.

Scam app that charge money for next month even when i unsubscribed after 3h they charged me for entire MONTH! The support told me they won't give my money back (trust me this is first app provider that didn't want to give my money back, for example dualingo did and any other app i ever used and that is quite a few said it wasn't the problem for them)

Each time I was trying to access the ad I had posted, the app was crushing. Plus, the app would never start the first time I was clicking on it. Only after my second attempt. It's a joke!
