BibilU is by far the worst Ebook app I've ever had the displeasure of using. It doesn't save preferences, I'm being constantly logged out and logging back in only works about 4/10 times, and the audio reader sounds like something I'd hear a computer say in 2001 and still think "man, that sounds terrible". I can't find any feedback button or way to contact them for help anywhere. I'd give them a -3 out of 5 if Google would let me.

Read aloud feature is a nightmare. it's definitely got a more fluid sounding voice than the website has, but the mobile app read aloud will pause in the most random spots and stop all together.

The read out loud function is abysmal. Choppy reading, misunderstanding words because of how the text is spaced, can't handle when words are hyphenated to the next line, the side boxes with video references are annoying interruptions. This is like a 10 year old made an app in the 90's and forgot to update it ever. Tried working around the phone app issues by copying text from my PC, but the copy function that is built into the book butchers the spacing and is a pain to work with.

It's really nice to have my school books on my phone, but it would be better if there were any personalization options. Setting it up more like an eReader app to flip pages from left to right would be much more comfortable to me. Some of the content is properly formatted to the app and easily readable, and some books look like they're just a bunch of small-text pictures of each page in a continuous stream for 600 pages. Consistency would benefit this app in the formatting of every book.

There is a bug that if you use two fingers to zoom, a single tap will zoom in or out (last one used) for the rest of the time you use the app. Only fix is to close and reopen. The text-to-speech is awful. It takes long pauses in the middle of sentences making it hard to tell what is a sentence and what is seperate points. It will read the chapter that is printed on every page and the page number. Listening to it in the background makes the mid-sentence pauses longer and sometimes just stops it.

The text doesn't fit on the mobile screen. If I shrink it, I do not get the whole text. I can't scroll left or right. it's not even an option. It is either desktop view or nothing with BibliU. I tried on both Android and Apple, but it's just a poorly designed app. I am extremely disappointed with this app, especially after having to pay for my books for school. I am disappointed that the school didn't do better research. They should have gone with a different company. BilbliU is bad. Sigh.

I am glad to have access to my textbooks on my phone. This makes it easy to read wherever I am. But the talk-to-you does not work at all. It pauses and skips entire sentences constantly, making this feature useless. Please fix. It would be very useful if I could listen to my textbook while on the go or doing work around the house.

My university institution doesn't even show up on the app so I can't even sign in to use it. Absolute garbage, can't believe I paid money for a digital textbook and this is what I got. Screen reader is terrible on their website, skips words and pauses randomly multiple times per sentence. Saying this app is accessible refers to the option being there, not that it's functional.
