At first I had trouble getting an email to sign up, accessing the airzone website and then the app freezing up. It turns out my network had strict security rules on and turning it off made everything work fine. If you're having trouble with it I recommend taking a look at your wifi network.

Please add feature to save seasonal schedules and do not release firmware updates that introduce bugs on schedules working or that random change temperature manually sat on other thermostats without schedules on them, as starting from firmware 4.09 (not solved with 4.10)

Nice surprise works well, using it with Airzone flexa 4 and it really is everything it should be . I can now monitor the climatization of the house by this app and not just monitor but set most parameters . Interface also well done.

Does not work. Constantly have a "connection error" or "an error occurred" message whenever I try to create an account or log in on the app. Submitted a request for support 5 weeks ago and all they've managed to do is get me to create an account using a computer but still can't use the app. Now they just keep telling me there's nothing wrong with my account even though I still can't log into the app.

3 stars because it's better than others but... 1. Devices disconnect at least once at week, I have to restart the devices. 2. There is a hidden scheduler which make turn off one of my device. I can't delete that schedule. To make sure this issue is because the application. I have removed the device from the app, and not more went off. The I added it again, then again it starts to turn off. 3. My AC can go to 61F, app only reach 67F. 4. Actual room temperature is sometime 10F above of reality.

The app does almost everything I need of it except one very basic thing. There is no way to add an alert or push notification if the temperature goes outside of a certain range. Or at least a way of overriding the schedule to run the system if the temperature goes beyond a certain limit. This would prevent pipes freezing or the interior becoming overly hot. And could function as a fire alarm in an emergency. The Honeywell app had this. Add this functionality and I'll rate 5 stars.

Only sometimes works with Mitsubishi heat pump. Currently have it set to cool to 67, it shows the room temp is at 79 but shows up in the green "comfort" mode and won't go to blue cold mode. Can't control some settings from the app. Doesn't tell you when the pump is on vs off which is annoying. The options to select mode doesn't always show up.

ENGLISH: The app works fine but it could be improved. The main issue is that you are not able to schedule a turning off time (only a turning on). Besides the menus are old visually speaking. CASTELLANO: La aplicación funciona bien pero se podría mejorar. El principal problema es que no se puede programar un tiempo de apagado (solo de encendido).
