I can se a lot of negative reviews in English, which probably means that this is from visitors who connect via roaming data back to their country of origin. I found that when I use UK roaming, the app doesn't load any information. If I reset the app and connect to s Spanish SIM, then it works fine. Developers should take this into consideration

Time schedule doesn't work for more than a month one one device, while still works ok with the same app version on another device. Reinstalling the app doesn't help. Moreover, cleaning user data does not actually clean your data. For instance "favorite" bus stops and routes remains in the "favorites" menu even after cleaning user data and reinstall without logging into account.

Garbage. I never write reviews, but this is so bad I had to make an exception. In a city that relies on tourism, public transportation should be easy to understand, and use. Had I not asked the tourist information desk what bus number I needed, I would have never been able to reach my destination. The app doesn't work, and the website doesn't load. Google maps provided accurate and easy to use information.

The app doesn't work, even after the latest update...and yes, I have an Internet connection, despite the apps insistance that I don't, and used that connection to download the update. Go figure! The website doesn't work either, on my phone or desktop. Waste of space, which is a pity as it was excellent last year

Impossible to recharge via NFC. Card is getting blocked or lost connection all the time with different type of errors. And after 10th attempt even when transaction is successful, few minutes later the recharge is amended.

Like other people have said, the app won't connect. It doesn't show bus routes, times or anything. It says to connect to the internet, when I'm clearly connected. I uninstalled the app.

NFC charging doesn't work properly, it's always error message 20001 or 20002. I am not moving the card and with other apps it works fine!

Anyone knows why it has suddenly stopped working and schedules don't show up anymore? been like this for long and updating doesn't fix it. so aanoying.
