They charge you 30€ at registration, then 30€ each time your account balance drops below 10€, plus 1€ minimum every month. This is the worst charging experience possible! it's hard enough already with the 10+ rfid pass or apps you have to deal with, imagine if other providers were acting the same way.. You have the possibility to charge without registration, at 0,36 per KWH I think it will do for me

It works (meaning I can eventually get the car charging at Suvilahti 150kW charger) but god damn... The app always throws 403 errors when I start charging. No idea what that means. You never know if it's going to work or not. The charger, car and app shows different statuses and are totally out of sync. I would switch to other app if there were other options. Hats off to Tesla since their chargers just works with no hassle

Easy to use. Even the app showed no time charge for first 3 hours but I was charged right from the beginning. Not exactly what was advertised. However, 30euros/pm automatic top-up for registered users is a rip off scam. Please provide simple solution with multiple options e.g. just a top up without any automatic top-up etc. What If I want to stop using the app and want to de-register ? How can I do it simply with a hassle free refund ?

Great that you removed the 1eur/month charges and introduced post payed by card! Finally! Just a note, don't remember seeing an email about this, or any notifications (those might be disabled). Anyway a major change in your billing process, would be good to inform? Just noticed this based on last invoice you sent (0eur)...

It would be nice to see the charging rate (in kW) displayed on the app during charging. It would be nice to have a way to leave feedback about the charging station. I know the option appears directly after charging, but as an afterthought, it's not possible to go back to leave feedback. The app is ok, but the charging utilities need to improve - we need more and they need to be more reliable and with faster charging rates.

Update 2021: When adding a new card, the app automatically draws 30 € from the card without notifying you. In fact, it explicitly asks you to authorise a payment of 0,00 €, but still draws 30 €. Completely unacceptable. It also costs 1 € per month even if you do not use it. It doesn't tell you that either, unless you read the entire EULA. Scammy! In response to the developer's response: THE APP EXPLICITLY TELLS YOU THAT IT WILL DRAW 0,00 €. YOUR LINK DOES NOT SOMEHOW MAKE THAT OKAY!

Very expensive bordering on scammy. Encourages subscription service with compulsory amounts to give access to chargers under 3rd party controlled pricing. Ionity maybe expensive but at least they offer a superb service fully under their control. If I want to pay whatever random owners want to charge me, I don't need to pay a subscription for the privilege! Also, any benefits of a subscription are not shown prior to subscribing! Stay away.

Absolutely crappy app at its current state. Can't input my credit card and charging won't start. Tried to create a new account, but phone number ties it to user id. Send them an email about my problems, no answer. Ordered a new password and login to my email - nothing shows up. This could be a cool app, but it's complete nightmare to try to get anything done now. I'd say this puts check marks on all categories on how NOT to do an app launch, CX or customer service.
