Sometimes you punch out but it doesn't update the ui to show it so you try to punch out again and it actually punches back in. When you finish work and want to punch out the app will ALWAYS crash the first time it's reopened. If you have 2 employers switching between them is a horrible process involving arcane employer id numbers and non configurable email based 2fa.

Zero stars....Can't get customer support. Called and was told I had to contact my employer. The problem is not with my employer. It's a fingercheck issue. I called the same support # about 6 mos ago with a similar issue, and they were able to resolve it. Today, I'm being told they can not discuss employee issues unless you are an admin. of a co. that uses Fingercheck. As far as customer service : they were rude and they were not going to help me. My problem remains unsolved.

Esta aplicación es muy mala, va muy lenta y se traba siempre que quieres marcar tu entrada y/o salida. Pésima app la verdad. This app is really bad, it's very slow and it crashes every time you try to clock in and/or out. Terrible app fr

Won't stop asking me for permission every time I open the app. Does not allow me to clock in and out with ease. app is not simple to use, takes some getting used to compared to others similar but better.

Keeps on crashing! One thing I can always rely on is it will crash and restart every time I use it. I generally have the latest phones and good service.....but this app is something else! The staff claims it's a very "secure app" so it logs out any time something is detected......come on...every time! Update: Still a very poor app, keeps crashing. I only use it because it has a decent computer interface and works ok in the office. If not I would switch to normal program right away!

Meh. Push notifications are literally worthless. Bare bones user interface and layout. I freaking hate when it sends me an email that my check has arrived, but I have to jump through hoops to log on with my username and password on the app/web app, and even then, it STILL doesn't show the amount until the day after!!!! Fingercheck kinda sucks tbh.

Great app for punching in and out, but biggest issue is you have to force stop the application in order for it to stop working, otherwise it eats your data like crazy! I only found out after 3 months of usage, during which time it used 75GB of mobile data, yes, you read right, 75 GIGA bits. Good thing I have unlimited data 😂😂😂
