Good application but once you done the reservation you cannot modify it or postpone it. You have to delete the whole reservation and, after that, make a new one. Having a function to postpone a reservation (just once) of 30 minutes it would be perfect because sometimes people can have setbacks.

This app doesn't work , when you enter the email it says automatically that it's invalid , and when I wrote emails to the library in Treviso , they never reply back to support . It's unfortunate that I cant use the library to study because of malfunctioning app.

It is a good app in general. But the biggest flaw is that in "My reservations" section, it only shows last 50 reservations. So if you have more than that, you can't see them in the app. Please fix this limitation and also provide filters for date and places for this section as well. I sent an email about this few months ago to the support team. But unfortunately, it hasn't been fixed yet.

I couldn't validate the email from the phone, and I had to redo the validating procedure from PC. When I did it on the phone the app said "It seems you didn't press on the button in the mail" although I did, and then the app froze to black. No problem from PC though.

Hi, yesterday I tried to reserve a seat in a library using the mobile app, but the problem was the app said "The phone field is not filled in" but it wasn't true, all the fields were filled in, I'm sure about it. I also tried using my laptop and all went right. Fix the bug and you could take 4 or more stars

Great App and Interface. But many people use it wrongly by booking a place and then not using it later... The ones who need it think it's occupied. Suggestion: Refreshal time should be 15 minutes and penalty of large amount of last moment cancellations.

Good app, but lately my reservations don't appear on my 'reservations' tab, nor are the confirmation emails being sent.

I can't use this app with my Xiaomi Mi 5X. When I launch it, it displays the error "Parameters invalid: {"firebase_token":"body[firebase_token]: firebase_token is not a valid string"}.
