I was used since 2 years ago and everything was good. Yesterday I tried many times for buy the other ticket but the apps said I don't have internet connection. I use wifi and still can't do the payment.

when I want to buy a 7 day ticket, it asks for camera permission to take my photo which I don't mind. however it won't allow to take my photo as it says it needs permission from the camera, which i have gavien permission, but it still won't take my photo and still asks permission! please fix this, it's extremely annoying

Hello, actually I might have rated 5 star but I haven't because we can't buy monthly pass. Actually I am from India and there it's easy to buy monthly passes online with the help of tummoc.

Would not connect to internet, but all other internet connection were working. So had to buy full price ticket despite having carnet of discounted tickets.
