Well the identity check failed with a scan but worked with a photo which is a bit paradoxical. It would be nice to have a qr code and scan the driver once they meet to set up the trip. New bugs. I cannot change the dropoff place. For some reason it says until home which is super far away of the driver. We said nevermind, I just get down before. But then the app cancelled the payment. So thx for the free drive.

Interesting app. I recommend you to add an option to check in and say whether you're looking for a car/passenger for the route, or either. Another thing would be to add a delta +/- time from the one you're specifying for your travel. This would be controlled by the user, allowing people to know the interval of time in which you're willing to schedule your departure. Like that, people can know if you're willing to wait longer or leave sooner if someone is interested in traveling with you.

This application has changed the way I commute to work. I use it everyday. My top 3 recommendations for developers are: -additional infrastructure to improve system stability during rush hour. - Being able to modify the rdv location within a zone would improve the UX as sometimes the location provided is inconvenient or impossible. - I would like to exclude only one particular commute route. I can choose a preferred route but I don't want to restrict myself when only one path is problematic.

I had to add my credit card to use the app even my transport card was added and validated. As owners of a valid transport car, we are supposed to have 2 trips per day for free. I did the trip, they charged my card. I complained, they couldn't explain what happened but didn't accept to give me my money back. Uninstalled.

Since several updates, the app seems to get worse and worse, and never improving. On top of all that, they have decided to cut their costs by saying that the server spotted a problem and taking back the funds for the respective ride. This has happened to a friend of mine several times and it has begun happening to me also. If it wasn't for the 2€ that my neighbour doesn't need to pay, I would've uninstalled the app long ago. P.S. This behaviour doesn't encourage ride sharing ;).

Great idea but the app still needs a lot of improvement. Hard to find colleagues that live close by when looking for them even though we put same destination. A feature to be able to search by name or ID number would be great

An useful application that helps the driver-worker to gain money by going to work everyday and that also helps the passenger to economy time using public transport. Plus, it's better for the planet in the point of view of a solo drive to work ! The interface of this application is easy to understand so easy to use.

Really bad customer service. They block your account without any prior notice, not telling you what happened nor justifying themselves. On top of that they don't pay you what they owe you and you have to chase them to get your money. Switching to other alternatives!
