I ve installed the app, As soona s you connect everything is fine. If you exit the app and go back again in the app, it keeps on showing an error message and the app is not accessible at all. Restarting the phone and killing the app and opening it again doesn't work neither. I had to empty the cache and the data and relogin again so it works. And again when you exit the app and go back again, the same error message telling you to go back and the go back button does not work keeps on coming back

When you ask for refund they just tell you that your request has been treated without any real response if the request was accepted or refused. I have been wating for more than a month I did not receive the money nor a final decision. It is so deceiving.

L'appli assez bon. Mais pas fois les demandes sont "perdues", labellisé comme "traitées" quand en réalité il faut fournir des infos supplémentaires pour procéder.

Très belle application et permet d'accéder à son contrat et remboursement etc. Il manque juste une sécurité primordial. La possibilité d'authentifie via emprunte digital ou code.

Impossible de faire une demande de remboursement sur l'application, l'envoi ne part jamais et une fois connectée sur l'application, on arrive directement sur un message d'erreur...
