This release introduces a new in-app feedback survey located in the profile for Veterans to share general app feedback. We also added a “Dismiss” button to the non-VA meds alert, limited its display to relevant users, and updated the appointment reschedule link to show only for eligible appointments.

I'm very grateful the VA has at least made the attempt to have an app like this for veterans. However, there is much to be improved especially when it comes to Veterans with diminished visual acuity. sometimes the app requires you to literally log in it doesn't times just to get in. Sometimes the app doesn't work for days at a time. The messaging portion still functions as poorly as Windows 95. At least we have something but this app certainly needs lots of improvement!

I wish other Healthcare providers would take a lesson from the VA! The VA has streamlined and automated things that other providers make you jump through hoops for. For example, with 1 click, I just refilled all 7 of my prescriptions, which will show up at my house. It's literally as easy as re-ordering a product in the Amazon app.

Better than the previous app. The few improvements i would like to see 1. Under pharmacy, show when items went out and tracking / est arrival date 2. Personal info: either emergency contact or spouse info. 3. A way to get ALL benefit forms to include the ones for family, etc Then i think it would be perfect.

Terrible app. It's basically a more terrible version of the MyHealtheVet App. I have biometrics enabled for sign in, but when I use my finger print it still takes me to the sign in page. When I type my password... it then asks to send a confirmation text with a code to the phone I just used to log in with my finger print. It doesn't list my appointments or health info, so I always have to ultimately log through a web browser. The most useless app on my phone.

UPDATE: The app randomly shuts my phone off when I launch it now. Great! The app almost always has some sort of issues going on. You may not be able to login sometimes, the app itself will divert you to the website instead, alerts will stop working - whatever you can think of will happen. They need a dev team that knows what they're doing, not the lowest bidder...

I'm only giving it two stars because I can reorder prescriptions and see upcoming appointments. Other than that, this app is pretty useless. I can't view notes from my previous appointments, I can't see any medical records, I can't see test results, I can't pay my copay...I could go on and on. Plus, even though I have biometric security enabled, every time I open the app I'm redirected to the website to login with ID.me or whatever. VA, you can and need to do better. I had such high hopes.

This app is just as infuriating as the the webpage. Passwords are changed after 60 days. That is the biggest load of BS. I don't want multiple password changes where every time I log in it's time to change it. AND you can't use the same password as the last 10. Absolutely asinine.

*The appointment tab is a great feature but unfortunately is no longer works. Gradually over time it would work and then it would stop it would work and then it would stop, and so on and so forth that has never fixed the issue, it just fixes it for one day which it did a couple weeks ago and my appointments we're showing which is great because I thought it may be it was a problem because I moved from California to Washington well as of today it no longer works again. !
