Atrocious experience!Employees are lazy liars who report you weren't available to recieve and leave your parcel in an acs box. In order to recieve from the box the app needs to place you on a highly inaccurate gps.The verification sms/viber is delivered after it has expired! If you're lucky you might succeed after the 10th retry.The app has you connect to a link that doesnt work with all browsers. More complicated process than mathematic integrals. Also, phone support is lazy, callous and rude.

Newer use it, people! Completely non user-friendly interface, archaic rules, you can't fix any problem without call or visiting the office, and the problems will be almost with any of your orders, cause of iconic incompetence of employees

Strange app,all my life I have Ben using ACS near me, I even have bonus card, but I never see any shipments history in the app ,if I add the tracking number ,yes it will track but that's it, no any benefits of the app.

I installed it to redirect a package to a store point that is near me. After 10 minutes searching I have no idea if it even is possible through the app. The Acistant provided an advice in the form of a chat option, I clicked it nothing happened. Right now I'm back on hold with the call center. The app seems solid but limited and user experience is mediocre.

Highly un-usable. Won't show shipments coming to me. Takes for ever to load - even with great network speed. Save your time and just use the 17Track app.

I have been waiting for the parcel for a week now and the status is still on "arrival-departure from hub", the fact that you also keep on changing the delivery date to next day. This is just ridiculous, if I can rate it below 1 star I would....

App doesn't provide any info about my incoming shipments, although I receive sms notifications to the same phone number. Also, App crashes when I push the "Acs member card" button.

I made an account in a browser which doesnt allow me to change my user details, it locked all the fields. Went to online pick-up, my phone number and post code are invalid, im guessing because my account is locked to greece. This led me to the app that does not allow me to go past "pick-up address" for online p-u when it registers the address. My email on the app isnt valid and the validation pin isnt being sent to my email. You made me write a review, thats how bad the whole experience was.
