Took out a motor policy, set up an account by email, all good. Installed this app to check my documents, the app does not recognise my log in details. Have checked several times. Uninstalling and re-installing no effect. Now have to retain the email to be able to log on to account via link in email. Pretty poor.

Been emailed twice to check my polices, yet app says they are being processed. Plus forcing people to download the app as the only way to view their insurance documents is not good customer engagement. Customer experience and their journey needs a review.

Worst app ever! The text box disappears when the keyboard shows so you can't see what you're typing in what box! Totally useless

Utter pants, if this is Performance Direct in action then I won't be renewing my insurance with them. Phoned and emailed to tell them it wasn't working, told to wait 24hrs still nothing, called several times, still waiting for my docs. Incompetent.

This has to be the worst app ever, constantly getting " your profile is being processed." I have used this company for 7+ years, and now, thanks to this app, I will be leaving.

Complex, not user friendly, log in process unreliable. Gave up. Won't renew my insurance again.

Unable to open my insurance documents ect or even showing how much it will cost this year but apparently with out my say so it's going to automatically renew this is totally wrong
