It would be better if it fulfills the purpose for which they have made this app properly. Neither this app is opening, even if it opens, it closes automatically. Sometimes there is some teachinal problem in it, request is to fix it so that parents can use it.

I am a student of matrix ...and this is a worst app I ever had ! it doesn't even open ...it just shows that 'looks like you are not connected to network and so on.' Kindly , work on it !!!!!!

there are lot of issues regarding this app...it never works....whenever i try to open this, it always shows me that there is an error and network is slow but in real, there is no network problem...sometimes it just loads 60% and automatically gets closed by saying that matrix parents app is having frequent crashes...how long i have to tackle this? i can do no more....har baar uninstall karke download karna padta h and fir login karti hu to ho jaata h pr har baar ki yahi dikkat h..
