Onelap GPS 보안 시스템은 다음과 같은 기능을 가진 장치 및 모바일 응용 프로그램의 조합입니다.1. 실시간 추적 : 실시간 위치 및 주소

We have been facing problem related to notification since last more 6 month... Whenever I start the car in the morning, its notification and alert tone does not come and when I go home from the office in the evening, the same problem occurs.. And it has been more than 6 months since I am facing this issue and till date the problem has not been solved. Whenever I ask when the issue will be solved they say it will be fine in this weak and the recharge of 6 months got wasted..Very bad experience..

The app doesn't work at times where u get no alarms & no updates. The app needs improvements. The siren doesn't always work properly, a better seamless integration with Android should be achieved. The output data gives very basic insights only. Even though theser i great potential for the device and the data coming out, the app limits it.

"Customer support for this GPS provider is extremely disappointing. Whenever I have an issue, they raise a ticket and promise a callback, but it’s always at their convenience, not mine. If I’m busy and ask them to call back later, they don’t follow up, we have to start the process from scratch. This lack of flexibility and poor communication is frustrating, especially when timely support is needed. They really need to prioritize customer convenience."

Good, works well! This device and app does what it promises, well! The app is resilient and is accurate in general!! 26th Nov 2024: I wanted to come back and give this good feedback on Onelap devices. I have 2 of them, and does the job well. The new app update is a delight.

I've been using this product for more than a year now. It works really well and provides real time updates on the location of car. The speed and distance measures are more or less accurate as well. All in all a good product to invest in for people with cars or bikes

A year after buying a device, my included SIM expired. Someone on WhatsApp asked me to recharge for ₹1,990 or pay ₹1,300 to use my own SIM, claiming app charges. Onelap never mentioned the app wasn't free. This seems like a scam. The unexpected fees and contact from an unknown number are red flags. I'm suspicious of these hidden costs and the pressure to pay for what should be a free app.

hi support team, i have been using this app since one year. i was so happy about this app until it's recent update on GUI. After it's recent update the app shows garbage data for total run time & average speed, also it does nt show exact start time & end time. v have to use play button every time manually and check. i hav raised a ticket 130748 for this issue and frm 14 days there is no update on this, plus v can nt attach a screnshot on the tckt even when have option. its impacting our busines

one lap has notifications issue : while using google map, and for shared device. it was all good few months back. but even after reporting multiple time there is no solution from their end.
