Why railway make this app when someone do not able to register any complaints if they complaints regarding to railway offices infrastructure..

Not even able to log in as hrmsid could not be typed in as it accepts only single alphabet Trying reinstalling the app but all in vain Useless app just fake to make people see sth at par

The Apps does not work and it is not in accepting mode. Though it will be useful for all Railway occupants for their maintenance or any work but it is deactivated for their own reason may be to avoid recieving too much complaint and overload. I think it must be activated, the reason is that an employee has not much time to approach IOW office and submit manual applcation whereas it is a good platform where we can send our problems through online without making pe-plan for submission. Thanks.
