Classifies a Debit card as a corporate card and I'd making it difficult for making payments from past two weeks. The issue was raised to one of the support staff and itseems like they aren't concerned about it and the issue is being ignored. The payments never gets updated on time. Really upset with this application

Worst app to order in this app, surprised how nandini switched to they ! Yesterday paid my due amount and placed the order successfully, then in the evening my order was 0 and couldn't figure any of the solution; worst thing I have came accross till now.

There is too much calls from payment department almost once or twice in a day. This is disturbing Frustrating to log in to the app each time the session is over. There are so many apps where the login stays on for days and months together until we log out. It is irritating to keep keying in our login and password each time.

I use this app for Aavin products procurement. It's very easy to book indent They also hace payment option. I used this app to pay for my indent on 3/11 got message " payment successful' in app and also SMS from bank .But till date it's showing payment due. I am also not able to book indent. I tried feedback/ suggestions option and send the issue. Sent message via' issues in app' option.. But its just dumb. Seems no customer care and payment via app is not secure so please don't use pay option

These folks are running a scam. i would recommend everyone to check all your orders (even the past ones), prices and bill callculations diligently. They will arbitrarily add stuff to your indent after the date and double charge you witjout you even noticing. If you call them they will say thay they'll refund money which never comes to your account. I order sid's farm milk from this app.

After placing the demand, the history option should have all the amount, total carat and also date wise details. To do not become history Option, so the demand has to be edited and viewed in different ways, this is the biggest problem. The details of milk and all other items like buttermilk, paneer, mawa etc. should be different. There should be a separate history option.

No change after 3 months - removing permanent mark against an order updates one day order only THE WORST & useless program every action required developer support, get the hell out of nonsense. Cragy app displays offers but discount applied during Billings. I recommend please continue with what's app orders for your vendor ,payments, execute offers etc. Carfull payments attract additional charges Nth minute and no option to display sucessful payments. And more frustrations.

App UI is not that great. UI needs to be made more simple and rich like other apps. Also please add Sodexo as well as a one more option for making payment. Since all items are food items, Sodexo can be used to make payment.
