My biggest complaint is that app will frequently freeze when you are trying to start a new task. You have to close the app and reopen it to click on a task. I always keep the app up to date, but this bug has persisted across multiple updates.

I believe this app would be better if you could upload photos from your camera roll instead of it making you take the photos in the app.

It's a good app but it glitches out quite a bit which makes our job a bit more complicated sometimes. Sometimes it boots, crashes, or I have to close the app, and then restart the app. I have even received the pop up, "not responding' with wait or close as options. Other than that it's been a good app, is effective, and efficient. I noticed on this last update, with an inbox for notifications being added, however it seems the image not uploading after taking seems to be a glitch, still?!

I have had the displeasure of using this app with two different companies on two different phones. To say the experience was miserable was an understatement. Simple actions, such as pressing a button, freeze the app for random periods of time. Sometimes the app responds right away, but a lot most of the time the app freezes for anywhere from 2 to 5 minutes. This makes simple tasks incredibly difficult to finish for no apparent reason. I would only recommend this app to people I truly despise.

Although this app has better features than what I was using before it has too many bugs. 1. It auto zooms on its own, you can't stop that. 2. The cache doesn't clear itself so you have to uninstall/reinstall. 3. If you take a pic, it will continue to turn until you have to exit out and return to camera mode. Sometimes you have to refresh to update the work orders i.e. not all the inspection loads, missing a few steps. 4. Address is used by Long and Lat, so wrong destination is almost common.

The app is overall very poorly optimized. When viewing your tasks, it often hangs, forcing you to restart the app just to start a task. The calendar system can only narrow down tasks to a single day and not a select timeframe, making it impossible to look at closed tasks in any meaningful way.

Great app. Love the fact that I can go back and modify my work orders. One major problem: I have a Google Pixel 4 XL. I have given the app all the permissions available but I can only add pictures through the inn-app camera and not from my gallery. When I first downloaded the app, I could do this but now I can't.

I was surprised to see some bad reviews. I've only ever had one issue while using this app for the passed 6 months. The app would freeze when ever I had a long comment to put in the comment section of a task..but that's it. Over all, it works like it's intended to. Very through and I enjoy using it for work. We used something different before and this is much better.
