Can't sign in, says email already registered. But I have to use a phone number to sign in Edit: they indentified and corrected the problem, and proactively reached out to let me know. Turns out that the service isn't available where I live yet anyway though (it would be great to have that info in the app). I look forward to try this out when it is available.

I downloaded the app and tried to sign in with my phone number like it instructed and was told there would be a code sent to me and nothing happened. I tried to tap it to resend the code like it said to do and still nothing happened. Not going to waste my time with an app that won't even let me sign in. I never have this trouble with other apps. I am simply going to uninstall it and move on with my day. Editing my review 45 mins later...I just received the code to login almost an hour later.

It lets me enter my phone number, sends the code, I enter that, and the screen stays white after I enter the code ..... nothing else happens. I repeated this six times. Un- installing the app. Really could have used it!!!

if U have ((plenty of Time to Waste)) use this 🤬app, but really, its Horrible, its Not user Friendly, if U place a order, make sure U keep Order page open on your phone or It wont ever retrieve later 4 Review or a Reference 🙄 ohh, its Super Expen$ive w the surcharge$/it could possibly range from 20-25% mark up? I would Not Recommend this to anyone needing a delivery or pickup..DONT to use this app when it comes to deadlines or 2 1/2 hour request ☹️🫤😮💨🙄

Requested a tobacco delivery over an hour ago. Nothing. Think I'm going to cancel my order and delete app. After I posted my review they accepted my delivery request and got my money. It's been over an hour. I texted the driver, no response 😫 What's going on? Well, thank goodness they refunded back my money 💰 that was scary 😦

This is first time using Gopher put in a request for 2 packs of ciggs 30 minutes ago, but haven't seen any progress we will see. I will update review when delivered. Well after 2 hours I un-installed the app and will not be using again.App needs work.Good luck.

This app is truly amazing and a blessing especially for times you truly need assistance due to your car breaking down or whatever the reason that you need help in getting items , help with a project or even a ride somewhere. The company is honestly kind and caring to large, medium and small communities, like they really give you the support you need! I will definitely continue to use this awesome and innovative app and I will highly reccomend it over similar (but not well thought out) apps!!! A+

love the idea and the concept but when I put in my address it said 44 Gophers available in my area I only needed two Tobacco items estimated cost twenty bucks and they could get them from any store and then I put go for will receive $30 because that's definitely more than fair and much more than drivers get paid on other apps and I even put in the notes cash tip if it was delivered within an hour of accepting but no one ever picked accepted my order. 😑
