Great Contender for Password Manager APP Has lot of features in Free AD Supported plan and there is no comparison with other apps as others have very tight limitations (paid ones) or are not easy to configure and sync (open source/free). Did not find 2FA and they added it quickly when reported. Great Support team.

Doesn't work on S24 Ultra since the latest update. When I eventually get logged in (fingerprint stopped working), the username and password are blank, although it works well on a PC. I submitted a support request and never had a reply or acknowledgement. I think it‘s time for a refund..

Great free password manager. I haven't used the paid option because honestly you don't need it. The app does have ads but considering how much of a service I'm getting out of it, I don't mind.

I'd be able to live with the outdated look (yes, everything has that 90's feeling), and the multitude of options and endless, confusing menus are great for a system nerd like me. But. This stuff is full of bugs. The app is no less than useless. The Chrome extension doesn't work half the time. The web based password vault is so impractical and full of little glitches that it makes me cringe. I cannot use this. Their support is actually an existing feature (which surprised me, to be honest), and quick at that - but not very helpful. I'm not sure I'd be either, if this was my product. I'm out.

The app stopped working for me after an Android 12 update, but works again with the latest update from Google Play. When the error first occurred, I waited for a few weeks for an update to fix the issue. I then emailed LogMeOnce, but only got an automated reply and nothing else for a week. I sent another email and was sent a Google Drive link to a beta version of the app. There were no instructions on how to install it. The first time I tried it, it did not accept my password. I uninstalled the update, and then installed it again, and the beta worked again. After a week or so, there was an update from Google Play which worked too. The app is fine, but the communication and responsiveness of the company is poor.

Avoid this like the plague. UI is overly animated and slow. The mobile app simply does not work. They have a patent on some qr code something. It's terrible guys, just use a pre-existing scanner. Passwords do not get saved occasionaly forcing me to reset them. Camera qr scanner on the phone also crashes the application and for whatever reason reboots the device, mind you discord has the same feature and it works flawlessly. The chrome extensions is chocked full of ads and is on a 4 hour timer.
Ghost Glitch
Way too convoluted. Asks for a master password change way too often, increasing the possibility of forgetting the master password, which in turn increases the possibility of loosing all of your password. After a few months of this, I decided to go to another service which exposed another problem. There is no way for me to export my passwords. The only way you're able to do so is through an add-on for your browser, but this option does not work. All export options are disabled for exporting, at least through Firefox browser. I refuse to even try on other browsers and now have to manually copy all of my login details one by one. I sent a support ticket and have not gotten a response in 3 days. Over all. I would not recommend this service, free or otherwise. Update: There is a way to enable exporting passwords. You have to download a separate installer. Note: This can give LogMeOnce more access to your PC. I personally do not recommend this as most of their practices seem shady to me. If you do actually do this, please make sure you uninstall this app after using it.

Just switched from LastPass and I'm disappointed. I expected this password manager to be able to autofill my login details on phone apps. That is one of my primary uses of a password manager. I want quick access to phone apps. With this my only options are either: use the web version of everything, or go in to the LogMeOnce app, copy the password, and then paste it in the app. Which obviously isn't very secure or time-saving.
