This payment system is garbage. It says it "can" take the missing remainder of the full sum for a ticket directly from your bank account, but I've tried *3* different cards and it just popped up the top up screen where the minimum is 3.00€. The only reason why I use this app is because of easy it is to reserve a seat in buss, but this annoys me to no end. The biggest problem is that this used to work, I think not even a year ago. It's so frustrating, fix this, please.

I support it being a super app! So many services in one place! But it's a bit non intuitive. The "J" symbol in the top right corner is for Jurmala services while it looks like a profile icon. Next, to purchase transport tickets there's no confirmation so I accidentally purchased tickets twice. Finally, to view the activated ticket you need to choose from the list of previous trips rather than on the one that says "active". Hopefully the app will improve!

During the initial account setup the app is asking the initial notification settings to be confirmed. It does not state the text messages are not Free, then later you see a surprise charge of 11 euro cents for each message charged by Mobilly (not your cell phone provider). Then on top of that if you try to disable those notifications - you won't be able to do it in the same app where you enabled it. This is very cheap way of making an extra profit by the app developers, I must say!

App offers an option of paying for parking by adding payment to your mobile service provider. Unfortunately if you accidentally tap on it it automatically starts just in 1 tap! Without any kind of making sure you did not do it by mistake. And if you cancel it within 1min it anyway charges minimum payment step! And nothing can be undo even after calling customer service! So next step for you is to pay again as you still have the car parked for longer period. I felt extremely disturbed by that.

Don't install this app! I wanted to buy a ticket on my account. When I logged in, there was an error message that it can't load my tickets (even tho I didn't buy one yet). So I bought the first one, got the same error message again and nothing was seen on the front page, thought it's a bug, tried 3 more times to buy a ticket, only then app updated and I noticed that I bought 4 MONTHLY TICKETS. I couldn't even switch vehicles afterwards, it wants me to active next ticket. I want a refund !!!

To use the app at all, you must 1st register a phone number. Once you input number, it should send SMS code to input into app. This doesn't work always. When you DO get the code, the app times out and says "SMS verification has exceeded quota". After about 30 tries, it finally worked once. Then to purchase ticket, it doesn't work again. Just blanks out. Absolute garbage.

For parking needs have been using for years and it's been great apart from inability to share wallet and cars with family. If wife is handling a car - she needs to call and ask to start/finish paying for parking which is a great inconvenience. When using for public transport Mobilly's built in QR code scanning is not working - screen is black even when camera permission is given... thanks for manual code input, though. Would be really nice getting fix for that.

Too slow! Edit reply: The problem is that the list of available parkings takes up to 15 seconds to get every time during every work day in the same place in Riga. It is extremely annoying especially if there is rain and you have to carry your child at the same time and wait for Mobilly to load the same list. Please implement favorites, so I can quickly access the parking lot I use every work day without waiting for the list to load. I'm not the only person with this problem using this app!
