Recently the app use to be inaccessible and white blank page. Kindly please check.need to always uninstall and reinstall.after that back to white blank page again. Please advise how should client pay management fees since this is the only online channel?

I have been unable to login into my acc since July. Every time i try to login, it says my acc is invalid. Is there a possible way to login? i need the acc to know my current water bill since i have not received any email in regards to this matter since June.

Techincal issue all over the app. Poor payment system. Store your credit card details without consent. I am concern with the info security.

A lot technical issue including payment system also keep showing the wrong total amount, accumulated from previous payment.

Very poorly thought out app. No way to easily add multiple units per phone number. Had a lot of hassles with management, still cannot add another unit.

Stupid app, what is the format of the unit number?no guideline ? After 2 years this is still a stupid app. Key collection only can book 3 week after today. Stupid app
