I am forced to make a subscription in order to see the video records and i cannot see the files from the memory card anymore. Why do you add option to have a memory card if i cannot use it? Why you diden't consider that the price of your devices have to compensate for your lack of finanicial strategy? I will buy i device from other producer that is not so agresive in demanding money!

I am not able anymore to put the camera offline from the app. To have it always online is disturbing me very much as I want it off when I am home and I want to switch it on with the phone when I need, not to remember to put in the socket or not when I go out. Bought it a month ago, otherwise I would return it. I am very upset that I am not able to put camera offline from the app as in the first days of usage. And I have to unplug... Please put that option back, and I will give more stars.

Low frame rate. My phone heats to a force stop level. The app and the hardware both suck.

Trying to create an account for weeks but not receiving the email with code to finish the registration. Worst camera service provider ever!

Hello there I don't like ya'll trying to keep with this alarm system. The one with what's says front door open and back door open. All I want is my Camera and my money back on my card

In my opinion is the weakest application for homeguard products. I will return the product because of this!

Very disapointed. I am using also HOME GUARD CARE for other cams, with no complains. But HOME GUARD LIVE is below acceptance.
