Android app keeps restarting when switching between apps and the pan when zoomed in jumps around. IOS version does none of this. Very frustrating. But image is good (except when zoomed of course). Night vision is excellent though camera is only used indoors. Gave up on alerts and voice long ago, never worked well.

Mostly very good. i ordered 2 as a pack liked them so much I ordered 2 more cons. Zoom is unstable when zoomed to what you want to look at and move fingers it moves to either side up or down and not very clear at full Zoom, but I spent more money on one certain brand that's been nothing but a pain in my butt than I did on all 4 these cameras combined plus the range is amazing no trouble with these at all I have limited use of my left are due to a stroke so the easy set up was a blessing.

UPDATE: Looking back, it may have been a system update that broke multi-window support, I'm not sure. I did find a workaround using Developer Mode to Force activities to be resizable. 2024/10/18: The most recent update seems to have broken multi-window support. That was the main way I used this app, so it'd be extremely helpful to have that back.

*Update: got a replacement -set up worked, but still doesn't operate the camera. Don't bother. *Took forever to set up, kept telling me my wifi password was wrong even though everything else is hooked up to the same wifi using that password. Then it finally hooked up. As soon as I left this morning it suddenly says it's not connected to the WiFi. I have a different brand camera that's working just fine on that same Internet. I've already initiated a return. Don't waste your time

It will work for a while than it starts having connection issues. Both Stopped working. Would freeze up allot, constantly having to reconnect it. I Have two and the outdoor one over rode my indoor one when they connected together.. Ridiculous. The outdoor one goes offline allot, now both indoors and outdoors no longer work. Need something reliable that I don't have to keep re-connecting wasted my money Garbage.

At first it's good, but after a while the app starts to fail, it freezes and you have to close the app or wait for it to work, and for some reason the memory card fails a lot, and it starts to say that I need to subscribe to the cloud, and that's not good. I don't recommend it. I think it's just to get the subscription, I hope I'm wrong, but my experience hasn't been good.

Garbage camera. Garbage app I'd prefer motion sense recording, but I get inundated by notifications on my own activity. I primarily need to know when someone is in my room when I'm gone, so if it could adapt to exclude me would work. When it records from motion detection, the clips aren't logically named so I can look by date and time, they are only labeled with the length of the recording. You can't backup to your own cloud storage, only theirs for payment too much.

App crashes frequently. I don't like the fact that it only records 10 seconds at a time. Now after reading a review from another user I know that it will not make a difference to get an SD card so I'm not going to waste my money on it. I don't understand... Why make your product bad on purpose just so people will subscribe? Makes no sense when people already spend money on your product. Audio works fine. The biggest issue I have is with the app that crashes continuously.
