Rarely worked for me and incredibly slow. I then missed the auto-renew notification and was billed for another 12 months. I admit this was my mistake but I immediately contacted them and explained the situation and requested a refund but was told repeatedly that there was nothing they could do as it was all clear in the terms and conditions. Terrible, absolutely terrible, customer service. I'm paying £75 for something I can't even use and they only seemed to care about keeping my money.

This is the best app if you're going away and only need it for a couple weeks max. You can reactivate it at any time. It works perfectly in all countries. The customer service is excellent too!! Definitely recommended

Usually no issues but app has not worked on our mobiles since update on 16th March. Working fine on laptop. Hurry up and fix it folks!

Works fine if you turn off your phones location finder. Suggest this setting is notified to users at install as Steam VPN was continually blocked by iPlayer until it was set.

This does not work. I've paid for a month, followed Instructions and nothing..how do I get in touch to trouble shoot or get my money back? The flag keeps changing too and won't stick to one country. I am in Spain. Thanks.
