- When it works, it's great. However, once a week - the service stops sending notifications. I emailed their customer service when it first happened to me. I thought it was on my end, thats the problem. All i got, was a automatic response and simple trouble shoot fix. I emailed again for a more detailed problem/fix and i never heard from them again. Horrible support from their service 👎🏽. The outage keep happening at least once a week. Varies from an hour to 24+ hrs at one point without any notification. Thats when i realize, its not the client (my problem). Its theirs. - Its disappointing to have a weekly outage for the amount of money you pay for the service. - Notifications doesn't have the option to choose an LED notification light alongside the sound/vibration option. It'd be nice if they can add this to future revision.

May 2018 update: As explained by the developing team itself, they are having huge issue with WhatsApp blocking their servers, it has been 2 month since the service is down. I think this is the end... :( December 2017 update: The service has been working with no interruptions lately! It seems they have found a stable solution. Now I can consider my self a happy user. :) First Review: Basic but very useful functionality... Service is almost always down paid for a whole month... received a few days of service!!! Shame

May 2018 Customer service is non existent. So the app was pretty cheap before and i paid for 6 months. The app works some times i would guess 70% of the time. They increased the rate for the app by about 700% in May 2018. Mind u i had previously paid for a 6 month subscription that wasnt expired and didnt get any refund. Ok i paid for a month. If you are going to charge a premium price for your services i expect premium performance. The app still works sometimes definitely not all the time.

I have continuously contacted customer support to no avail. Unacceptable for a paying customer. The company obviously only wants to take peoples money. Paid for a one month subscription and has expired half a month before the actual expiration date. Tracks are not constant. Only when the app decides to. Very disappointed. Will be spreading the word not to purchase this app if the problem isn't rectified ASAP! Get your act together Mobile Innovations!

No doubt it's a very useful app and works well. But the problem for so many people , specially who don't have any debit or credit cards or don't indulge in net banking, is its payment method. There must be more options ro pay like adding the amount to the person's celular service provider's bill which would be much more convenient for thousands of people like me. If you people provide this facility to your customers, it'd be a great buisness booster for you guys too.

Extremely unreliable. Paid 1 week subscription. Not long after, has not logged any activity for 3 hours now. Whereas, a competitors app, with a still active subscription logged everything over that same period. Support - I am here by requesting a full refund of 1 weeks subscription. On the grounds of failure to supply full services. Please reply asap. Thank you.

Awful customer service. They never respond to any email. The app worked somewhat OK before April 1st but then stopped working completely and I had paid for it for 6 months!!! Don't pay for the service! I want refund but no one gets back to emails. They are crooks. Probably they are vacationing right now with our money.

Guys I'm very upset. It used to work now it is not. Over a few month now u say u r working on a problem. I purchased 2 monitors 1 is extension and the other is new and both are stuck the new is at the queue phase and the extension is still expired and no customer servicing. Either you help me or refund my money plz. Thank you. It is really a loss the app was going very well. Plz do something.
