Best app for dialog reloads. New "My Offer" option is the best part for me to reload. Reload account balance, we can't see at once to us. It will be good if we can see our account balance on reloaded screen. Otherwise we have to go back and check the balance. That would be waste our time to us. Thanks Dialog...!!!

3S Hub

New version not getting on in one of my mobile. When tap to on, complete screen will white and nothing will happen. And in one of my other mobile, it is working but in my offer keyboard not prompt up. Also need to say current Reload history system really annoying. On previous version we could find all previous records of one mobile when we search. So it was really help to find when the last Reload sent. What are the packages customer used. It was really easy to give nice service to customer.

I’m facing some difficulties with the system: It’s very hard to see the balance clearly. I have to check every transaction detail. Can you please update the system to show the balance after each transaction or reload, instead of only when I click on it? Reloading via dialling code doesn’t reflect in the app, which causes confusion. It would be great if all reload methods show in the app. Please make the system more user-friendly and provide your support to resolve these issues. Thank you!
