This app has serious usability issues. It can go weeks without being functional, constantly displaying "Something went wrong, please try again later" without any real solution. It refuses to launch, making it completely useless during those periods. If the issue is due to too many users, the developers should upgrade their servers or optimize performance rather than leaving users stuck in frustration. The lack of stability makes it unreliable,and unless improvements are made.

This app has everything one needs, quick recharges to data management but for the past 4 days, I haven't been able to log in. Keeps saying something went wrong. I want to know how much data I use, at least tell me a warning before my data expires please. It's kinda weird how I need data to buy data. Edit: 6 days now, it's showing signs of working but it still doesn't show any balance. I hope this isn't an end to such a wonderful app. Final Edit: It's finally back. Thank God you've fix it.

The app has a lot of potential, and it's good, but still has a lot of ways it can get better. 1. It doesn't show how much bonus credit I have left, it only shows my main credit 2. No option for scratch card recharge 3. I bought data directly from the app before and till date I haven't seen the data reflect on my balance. 4. The app looks cool but it'll be better if it works because some of the options don't work when you tap them. Except for these, the app is pretty good.... but it can be better

The app literally does not work most times. I'm trying to purchase data and it is not opening. It just loads and goes blank. What's the point of an app that is not going to work? It's better to not just have it at all. Also now I tried buying data through the app with my card I was debited it showed transaction failed. My money gone and no data. don't download the app I would give it 0 stars if I could

One of the useless things I've downloaded so far. Doesn't give you many choices of data plans to choose from. You have to wait in line just to file a complaint that they would not fix. Let me not go into the network services itself.

Your app has serious user issues. 80% of the time, it doesn't even open when you want to use it. You all need to fix this. I've been using it since last year and still have the same problems as always. If there was a half-star, I would have given it such a rating instead of a full-star.

This app has been doing good until when my friend realise someone has been sharing in his data and tried to remove the person but the app keeps telling us to retry. it's really frustrating that this app can't even do the basic things it's meant to do. What's rubbish

This has to be the worst app and worst network ever. I will purchase data with my bank and I'll not receive it and I'll be debited. so far I've lost 8k because of how inefficient the app is. Even the customer care representatives do not know how to solve the issue. I'm so done with this network. (Zero star rating)
