The app is a relatively poor adaptation of an international app used in other towns. To improve in the town of Treviso, MoM must now gives names and add signboards with these names to each bus stop, otherwise the app is almost useless (the names can be of landmarks near a bus stops, or road names etc.). The app should then clearly indicate those names in maps for the search in "departure" and "destination".

Bad management! We first tried to pay by card, which is not accepted. We also tried to pay cash to the driver , 8 euros for 2 people, which the driver didn't want to take because we had a bill of 20 euros. Last we tried the app, which asked for an Italian phone number. Really bad experience.

I cannot create an account by using my phone number. Why is that? Should the number be an Italian number? If so, is this app for Italians only?

Slow as hell, unintuitive, buying tickets is a nightmare and stopped working after a month (stuck on logo screen)

Not able to purchase any tickets since I am not receiving the PIN required for registration to my phone number. I tried many times with multiple Canadian phone numbers and a Serbian one. I emailed the contact email provided in the automated registration email, but received no response. I haven't used much of the rest of the app, but it seems decent.

This app don't deserve any star...it's useless. Can't pay for anything and very slow to load the next page..instead of fixing the problems of this app which is enormous, they keep asking people to contact them....what a stress to buy a simple monthly ticket from an app.? Going to their office to buy tickets is faster than buying from this app...

This app does not work at all for tourists. The validation code never arrives, you can not register and you can not buy a ticket online or from the app. The interesting thing is that the price of the ticket bought from the driver is more than double... maybe it's made on purpose this way.

This app is useless, not user friendly have login issue. Took me 2 days just to create a login. After login, sign in still not working. What a useless IT team build this app for public transport. In the age of AI still using old fashioned registration, login, verification pin etc which still do not work even after you somehow manage to create a login.
