I'm glad Lowell offers this app. It sets reminders so you never forget what & when waste collections are! I do wish it was possible to send a text notification to someone else in the household without them having to download the app on their devices. That would be a great feature upgrade. But apprentice and love all currents functions 💚

It's great not to have to wonder what week it is. And the app tells me more than just trash and recyvle, such as yard waste and unused medicines. Aldo, if there is a change in the schedule, the app notifies me in a timely manner. I don't give five stars lightly, but this is quite an impressive app.

This app is a great reminder of what's being picked up & when. Especially if there's been a holiday. It sends out an extra update, if they'll be an interruption or not in the collection schedule! 🚚🗑️🍂🌿🍁

very helpful for holiday weeks, recycling and yard waste schedules. would be nice if I could schedule furniture, appliance or tire pickup thru this app.

Love this app I tells me when the pickup will be, especially if there's a holiday. Also lets me know day recycling is picked up

This app cannot find my LOWELL, MA address! Out of curiosity I visited the City of Lowell website curbside collections page and it couldn't find my address either.
