So disappointing. I tried the trial plan on my laptop and bought some daily deals on my phone. The internet didn't work more than 90% of the time so I had to spend money buying airtime. If you're lucky and it connects for some seconds, it's horrible. You can't stream anything even YouTube. I had lots of issues with this. Save your coin!!!

You have great internet but your requirement for OTP sign up everytime I want to browse is hectic especially when your OTP system is not working. I tried calling your customer care numbers without success. Tried the # codes given also without success. So, I downloaded the app thinking it would be better but it has the same problem. Its not sending OTP to my phone and therefore can't proceed. This is very limiting, get a better system to serve people.

your Internet connection is the worst thing that has ever happened to me,tell me why I would buy Internet to quick search something for 2 hours but almost 110 minutes of the whole time Internet hai connect yet you say you are Konnect. you guys are unreliable, it is just a waste of money and time,I'll just continue paying for Poa wi-fi instead, I've wasted enough time on you guys, even posting this review was a total struggle 😭 your WiFi ain't WiFi-ing🤣🤣

This is quite literally the worst Wi-Fi network you can burden yourself with.. Everytime that I purchase a multiple device package I can never use more than one.. when I contact customer service they just beat around the bush until you're tired and give up.. It's impossible to "add a device" please please if you're reading this don't even think of associating with their service. IT SUCKS!!!.. zero star rating for real

Konnect to the moon and back. Good customer service. No more sign in like before by just adding the Mac address of other devices on the connect tv option the devices will just connect automatically. kudos konnect🎉🎉
